Hubspot is a great resource

I’ve been doing some research on how my company can better it’s customer satisfaction. I came across several very helpful articles on hubspot. They let you download free ebooks and read some reports for free. The one I read the other day was called Ultimate Guide to Using Online Surveys in Your Marketing, and it had a lot of good tips on how internal surveys can be just as effective as external ones. Take a look at their resources, they are easy reads.

Great guide for basic survey information

  1. Thank you for that advice! I have previously used survey monkey for some class projects. I’ve always liked how simple it is and it’s ability to analyze data.
