I’ve been doing some research on how my company can better it’s customer satisfaction. I came across several very helpful articles on hubspot. They let you download free ebooks and read some reports for free. The one I read the other day was called Ultimate Guide to Using Online Surveys in Your Marketing, and it had a lot of good tips on how internal surveys can be just as effective as external ones. Take a look at their resources, they are easy reads.

We have used http://www.surveymonkey.com/ for some internal and external questionnaires before here at work. Might be something to look into if you are going to try it out after reading that guide.
